By registering an account, purchasing products and/or services through this website, you agree to bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy. 2 Bluebirds reserves the right to add, modify or remove any condition within the terms and policies at any time.

All sales are final. Refunds will not be given for ‘change of mind’.

Coupon Codes & Discounts

When using Coupon Codes at checkout, discounts may not apply to “On Sale Items” unless specified.

Free Shipping

When you purchase $100 or more in products, you receive FREE SHIPPING. Fully tracked with Australia Post. Exclusions include bulky items, and dangerous goods items. Free Shipping does not include insurance or signature on delivery unless requested, and is an additional charge.

Processing of orders

Processing of orders is generally between 24-72 hours after payment has been received. In some circumstances, this may take longer. We will advise you by email or telephone if there are any delays.

Surcharges (PayPal Payments)

If you choose Paypal as your payment option, there are surcharges for orders under $10 which will be added at checkout to cover costs associated with processing payments. Orders $10 and above do not have surcharges added.

Shipping, Pickup, and Home Delivery

All Shipping is processed with Australia Post and costs are subject to change. Pickup is available by appointment only. Home Delivery Service is available for the Ipswich Region Only, and costs are subject to change.

Backorders

Your full order will be shipped or home delivered when the backordered item/s are in stock. If Pickup option is selected, you can pickup all other items in your order, and you will be notified via email when backordered item/s is/are available for you to pickup.

Returns Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact 2 Bluebirds within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You must return items in original , undamaged condition or they will not be accepted.

No refund or exchange if you just ‘change your mind’.

If item is damaged during transit, please contact us and supply photo’s of item and we will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.
*Note: All parcels will be photographed prior to dispatch.

Postage cannot be refunded. You will need to pay for the postage to return the item.

Your Account

We recommend updating your password on a regular basis and choosing one with Upper and Lower Case Letters, Numbers, as well as symbols to ensure your account is secure. In the event you forget or lose your password, use the Lost Password link under the My Account Page.

You agree to ensure all of your details including, name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number are up to date when submitting an order. 2 Bluebirds will not be responsible for delivery to an old address, wrong address, or lost orders.
