Who are 2 Bluebirds?

The 2 Bluebirds are crafty duo – Tracey & Crece. Together they have over 25 years combined experience in the Scrapbooking industry.  Tracey & Crece have been business partners for over 10 years in the Ipswich region of Queensland. They have previously owned Bricks and Mortar stores, and have decided to create their own nest here on the world wide web to share product knowledge, kits and awesome products for your crafting needs.

Do you offer Home Delivery?

Yes, however at the moment, Home Delivery is only available for certain suburbs in the Ipswich Region. For a full list of suburbs, please see our shipping page.

Do you offer Pickup?

Yes, we do. Pickup is available by appointment only. More information is available on our shipping page.

An item I want to purchase is only available at checkout for pick up. Can this be home delivered in Ipswich?

Yes. We are trying to rectify this in our system so you are able to choose home delivery, however until then, please add in that you would like home delivery in the notes section at the bottom of the checkout page. Please check our shipping page for home delivery information and costs.

Why are shipping costs $8.95, even on smaller items?

At the moment, we are still working behind the scenes on our website. Please be patient as we are hoping to rectify this very soon. If you wish to only purchase a couple of items that would fit in a business, or A4 Sized envelope, please contact us before placing your order, and we can advise you on alternative postage costs, plus the process to submit your order on our website.

Can I visit 2 Bluebirds?

2 Bluebirds is currently an online only store, we are currently not open to the public.

What are 2 Bluebirds order processing times?

Our aim is to Send all parcels quickly and efficiently.  Processing times are between 24-72 hours depending on time of year.

What payment options do 2 Bluebirds offer? 

We currently accept payment online with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Direct Deposit (Australian bank accounts only) and COD (Cash On Delivery – For Local Pick up and Local delivery options).  For privacy information, please see our privacy page. Eftpos Coming Soon.

I’ve seen an item, but it isn’t listed on your website. Can you order it in for me?

If you have seen an item and can’t see it listed on the 2 Bluebirds website, send us an email using our contact page, and we will do our very best to source it along with a price and estimated arrival date for you.  These items are classed as a special order item and FULL payment must be made before we place the order with our supplier.  A refund or credit due to change of mind on special order items will NOT be offered as these sales will be final.
